Quality Control System

　　As the pioneer of disc industry, TianBao have an integrated set of Quality Control System, with top-class inspection equipments, softwares and employees.

Tianbao’s QC system supervises all processes strictly.

1..Stocking with goods inspecting:

　　In order to control the quality of raw-material, Tianbao sets up IQC department, which is responsible to the inspection of the materials and examining the supplier.

2. QC in earlier stage:

Stamper Inspection:

　　Tisnbso equips with the KOCH stamper inspection equipment imported from Austria. According to the inspection format of PHILIPS, Tianbao takes inspecting to the stmper as mechanism parameter, optical parameter, physical parameter, analog parameter and high frequency parameter , which are in keeping with the international standard of REDBOOK 、YELLOWBOOK and ORANGE BOOK.

Film inspection:

　　To take further steps of printing quality control, Tianbao has a full set of inspection apparatus, proffesional technologists and stable supplier.

3.Process control:

AID on-line inspection system (inspecting the 100% products on-line)

KOCH Disc Inspection Equipment

　　According to the inspection format of PHILIPS, the instruments inspects to the disc as mechanism parameter, optical parameter, physical parameter, analog parameter and high frequency parameter , which are in keeping with the international standard of REDBOOK 、YELLOWBOOK and ORANGE BOOK.

Eclipse Inspecting Equipment

　　According to the PHILIPS inspection format, the facility takes a data analysis to the disc and date comparison between disc and the Gold Master.

CDD Inspection Software.

　　This software takes “byte” as unit to ispect the readability and the rate of read of the file in the disc.

CRC 32 Inspection Software

　　This software is used to compare the information of disc and Gold Master(File, Byt, Discdiff etc)

ID Inspection Equipment

　　It can check the ID code of disc and avoid mixing of different kind of disc.

Material Inspection

　　Tianbao has the rigorous stock inspection.To insure the good quality of the raw-materials , the necessary materials and wrappage will be inspcted process upon process following the self-enacted “Stock Inspection Standard” and the “105D International Spot-check Standard”.
　　Feeding back the sample information to the clients. Tianbao equip with the Austria-made KOCH stamper and disc inspection instruments, Dell computers, top-class CD, VCD, DVD inspection facilities. Besides, experienced specialists and strict inspection standard enable providing the best inspection service to the customers.
　　
4.Delivery Inspection

　　Tianbao sets up OQC department in order to charge the QC of delivering goods and purchased the “Temperature and humidity Testing Kit” to control the product’s quality.
